Why this archive exists

I started this portal in 2000 to collect research on holistic approaches to healing that was hard to find and getting harder. As I worked through years of training, I finally understood why it's so difficult for the average person to heal themselves without professional guidance: the public information online is only part of the story. You find plenty of puzzle pieces, but you have to connect them yourself, and without a medical background that's very hard to do.

So I've shared some of that background here, in the hope of giving you a better understanding of how to connect the dots.

What I can and cannot do

Angel is not a physician. She cannot diagnose, prescribe, treat, or tell you what to do. What she can do is explain how the body works, help you decipher the language it uses to communicate what it needs, and point you toward research you may not have found on your own. Sometimes that's half the battle.
